The Daily office

One constant feature of Anglican worship since the time of the Reformation is what Anglicans call the "Daily Office," or a rhythm of prayer and scripture reading that shape each day. This order for daily personal and family devotion is patterned off of the prayer life of Benedictine monasticism, which was translated into English by the English Reformers, and put in the hands of every-day Christians for their devotional life. The button below takes you to the readings and prayers for today.
